Adj. Prof. Asif Iqbal is a distinguished academic and professional leader, currently serving as the Dean & CEO of Southern Cross Institute (SCI) in Sydney. With over 25 years of experience in higher education, Adj Prof Iqbal has made a significant impact through his expertise in academic management, course accreditations, and international collaborations. His contributions have shaped the development of several higher education institutions in Australia and abroad.
Adj Prof Iqbal holds degrees from Pakistan and the UK, which set the foundation for his global academic career, including leadership roles at Assumption University of Bangkok and the Bradford University Bangkok Campus.
His leadership experience further extends to prestigious Australian institutions, where he has held roles such as Sub-Dean of the Faculty of Business and Law at Central Queensland University, and Academic Director at Curtin University of Technology. Prof Iqbal was instrumental in the establishment of the Sydney Campus of Central Queensland University and Curtin University.
In addition to his academic accomplishments, Adj Prof Iqbal plays a vital role in fostering relationships between Australia and Pakistan. He is the Senior Vice President of the Australia Pakistan Chamber of Trade, Commerce, and Industry, and actively promotes Australian education in Pakistan. He has also supported numerous philanthropic initiatives within the Pakistani community. Adj Prof Iqbal works closely with the Pakistan High Commission and Consulate in Australia, and with prominent figures such as Dr Farah Deeba and Ms Uzma Gilani, to run free healthcare centers and schools, including the Aalam Bibi Foundation School in Pakistan.

Adj. Prof. Dr. Rubina Arshad is a distinguished academic, scientist, and higher education leader with more than three decades of experience in teaching, research, academic administration, and quality assurance. She holds a Ph.D. in Zoology (Microbiology) from the University of the Punjab and has served as Deputy Chief Scientist, Professor, and Manager Quality Assurance at the Nuclear Institute for Agriculture and Biology (NIAB), Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission (PAEC). She currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at Southern Cross Institute (SCI).
Throughout her career, Dr. Arshad has played a pivotal role in postgraduate education, curriculum development, institutional quality enhancement, and research supervision. She has been a member of the HEC National Curriculum Revision Committee (NCRC) for Zoology and has supervised numerous M.Phil., Ph.D., and undergraduate research scholars. Her expertise spans academic governance, ISO-based quality management systems, research commercialization, and institutional excellence.
An accomplished researcher, Dr. Arshad has authored over 40 research publications, books, and book chapters, secured international and national research grants, and represented Pakistan in prestigious scientific forums, including projects of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). Her outstanding contributions have been recognized through the PAEC Best Scientist Award (Gold Medal), the Research Productivity Award by the Pakistan Council for Science & Technology, and recognition as a Productive Scientist of Pakistan.

Ms. Areeba Asim holds an MBA in Fashion Marketing and a BA in Fashion Design, bringing together expertise in both the creative and business dimensions of the fashion industry. Her areas of interest include Fashion Marketing, Digital Fashion Design, Creative Print Development, Fashion Illustration, and Draping.
Mr. Muhammad Younas holds an MS in Computer Science and is currently pursuing his PhD. His academic and research interests are centred on emerging areas of Artificial Intelligence and Computational Technologies. His expertise includes Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, Image Processing, Python for AI applications, Data Analytics, AI in Cybersecurity, and Research and Academic Writing.
Mr. Muhammad Hassan holds a BS in Software Engineering. His expertise include Software and Application Development, with experience across Modern Web and Mobile Development technologies. His key areas include Web Development, Python, Django, Flutter, GitHub, Figma, PHP, and Laravel.
Ms. Ayesha Noor holds an MS in Strategic Studies and a BS in International Relations. Her academic interests span National and International Affairs, with particular expertise in National Security, Pakistan Studies, International Affairs, Defence, Strategy, Policy Formulation, and Academic Writing.
